General Info

​2-Identification

​

All children are required to provide proof of identification and immunisation records for enrolment.

3-Operational Hours​
 

Our centre is open from 8.00am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We are open during school holidays, but close on statutory holidays and for four weeks over the Christmas and New Year period

4-What you need to bring

 

Spare clothes clearly marked with your child's name. Nappies and wipes if your child is still on nappy, and spare underwear if your child is toilet training. Warm clothing for winter at all times. During summer please bring a sun hat and sun block if required.

5-Medication​

​

Bring any medicine if your child is on medication and make sure you inform a teacher and record the instruction in the centre's medicine book.

6-Food

 

We provide the children's lunch and water but please bring fruits for their morning and afternoon snacks. Please don't let your child bring any junk food or fizzy drink to the centre.

7-Fees

 

Fees are charged on a weekly basis whether your child is in attendance or absent. The following is our fee schedule:

8-Fee Schedule​

Under Two's: $150.00 per 35 hour week

Over Two's: $120.00 per 35 hour week

Over Three's: 20 hours free + $6 hour 

Extra / casual hours: $10.00 per hour

Attendances are secured by way of the enrolment protocol. Casual attendances are also permitted if place is available.

9- 20 Hours Free ECE

​

We offer 20 hours free ECE for all children who are 3 years and older. This means the first 20 hours is free and the extra hours are charged.

10-Payments
​

We require first weeks payment to be made at time of enrolment. We encourage all the parents to pay your child's fee direct to the centre's bank account. Please contact us for details.

11-Invoices

​

We send out a monthly invoice for every child.

12-Work & Income New Zealand

​

We encourage all parents to apply for WINZ subsidies when enrolling your child. The application forms are available from the office.

12-Sickness
​

If your child is sick he/she should be kept at home. Due to risk of infection to other children we are unable to have your child in attendance.

If your child becomes sick during their time in the Centre, you will be contacted immediately to make arrangements and also to collect your child. Please keep your contact details up to date with the centre.

13 - Communication
​
Every month we send out a newsletter to keep up to date with what is happening in the school. We also have a private facegroup page for all our parents.
